Francisco Castillo, aka Paco Castillo, is the CTO and co-founder of Influencity, a platform that connects brands with worldwide influencers. He is also the CTO of Satech Solutions that he co-founded in 2012. She graduated from the IESE Business School and has an executive degree in Digital Business Strategy from Columbia University.Currently, the president of the International Women´s Forum Spain, she is also the president of Seeliger and Conde media group. Del Rivero is also an independent non-executive director at Cellnex Telecom, the main European infrastructure operator for wireless communication and Gestamp, an international group that manufactures metal automotive components.

Marta Arisa is co-founder and COO at Kibus Petcare, the first hardware that automatically cooks and dispenses healthy pet food. She has worked there since 2018. She simultaneously continues to work at the Catalan Tourist Board, where she is currently budget manager. Prior to this, she worked in human resources at Innova Humana Consultores for one and a half years and for two years in business support at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia's corporate innovation program Innova. She also briefly worked as a consultant at the business transfer Marketplace for SMEs in Catalonia.Arisa holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Barcelona's Pompeu Fabra University.

Marta Palmeiro graduated in Business Administration and Management at Portugal's Nova School of Business and Economics in 2007. She went to London to work at Credit Suisse as an intern and joined the bank's graduate program in 2007. She stayed in London until 2010 and went on to work at Credit Suisse in Madrid until July 2016. The VP of Investment Banking (Capital Markets) was primarily responsible for Iberian accounts.Based in Lisbon, she is now a partner at Pier Partners VC where she has worked since 2016. She has completed courses in fintech and blockchain business strategy run by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Oxford university's Said Business School respectively.  In 2018, she became a board member of Portugal Fintech, an NGO overseeing the development of the country's fintech ecosystem. In August 2019, the mother-of-three became a fintech entrepreneur as the Portuguese co-founder and CFO of StudentFinance.

Marta Fernández de la Vega is a veteran in marketing and digital communications. She worked at Havas Digital and Genetsis for a total of almost five years before starting an academic career as a lecturer.In 2015, she became the managing partner of Made in Mobile co-founded by Sixto Arias. She joined Arias to set up edtech Capaball as CFO in 2018. She was appointed CEO of Made in Mobile in 2019 but left the digital innovation agency in March 2020.She is now an advisor at AtticoLab and lectures at CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia.

Andrés Peñalver Núñez is a telecommunications engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, specializing in electronic systems, industrial electronics and automatic control engineering. Peñalver is a co-founder of AEInnova and had been a researcher at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He received the best academic record award from the Association of Telecommunications Engineers (COETTC) and was earlier awarded a scholarship to collaborate with the MARTA transportation project. His final project involved the design of an automatic validation system for infotainment devices for carmaker SEAT, where Peñalver has been a technical project leader.

Núria Pastor is the CEO and co-founder of HumanITcare, a telemedicine platform for remote patient monitoring using real-world data and AI to treat patients affected by chronic diseases and also to accelerate drug development and clinical trials. Under the helm of Pastor the startup has doubled its user base and is poised to become a leading player in digital health. Pastor holds a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Barcelona and a Masters in Research in neuroscience from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Prior to HumanITcare, she worked as a researcher at the Hospital del Mar Research Institute and the University of Barcelona. She has also worked as Business Analyst in EIT Health and has mentored at the European Commission.
